Principle and features of DTF printing.
With DTF digital printing, output a thin, humirana print on a transparent film. The finished fruit is placed on textiles using a thermal press.
Specialized DTF inks are used. Ink removal occurs under the influence of air and heat.
The heat stimulates the polymerization process, which solidifies DTF ink and makes it water-impermeable.
After the print is applied to the DTF film, and its thin layer is removed, an adhesive layer (powder) is added, which ensures binding of the print to the textile.
The footprint is very elastic, resistant to washing, with photorealistic print quality.
The specific nature of the technology provides advantages such as:
– placement of the stamp on almost all colors and types of fabric, (it is also possible on porous surfaces, such as wood and leather).
– easy to wash and clean (very suitable for work clothes)
– non-aggressive, tolerant to printhead ink (also suitable for small printing loads)
– ready-to-use product that can be carried and snapped after several months of storage.
– low levels of VOCs, ozone or toxic fumes.
